Victor began his career in financing as a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has been a tax accountant for the past 36 years with Victor Moffitt & Company, Inc., a bookkeeping and tax service business he owns. Besides being a 2002-2008 Rhode Island State Representative, District 28, in Coventry, Victor is a veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1968-1972 in Vietnam. He was former president of the Pawtuxet Valley Chamber of Commerce, former Commander of the VFW Post 7606, former Grand Knight, Knights of Columbus.
